Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal Saturday asked Prime Minister Narendra Modi to respect the late Chipko development pioneer Sunderlal Bahuguna with the Bharat Ratna. Bahuguna, who kicked the bucket at 94 in May, hailed from Tehri Garhwal locale in Uttarakhand—where the Aam Aadmi Party will challenge Assembly races one year from now.
