India Lalu Prasad gets court’s nod to travel to Singapore for medical treatment

An extraordinary CBI court in Ranchi on 16 September had permitted Prasad’s supplication looking for arrival of his identification

A Delhi court on Wednesday permitted RJD boss Lalu Prasad’s supplication for venturing out to Singapore for clinical treatment.

Exceptional Adjudicator (CBI) Geetanjali Goel permitted Prasad to go abroad from 10 to 25 October.

An exceptional CBI court in Ranchi on 16 September had permitted Prasad’s supplication looking for arrival of his identification.

As of now, Prasad is on bail in the IRCTC trick case documented by the CBI. A court conceded him bail for the situation in January 2019.

The CBI FIR claimed that Lalu Yadav as rail line serve gave over the support of two rail route lodgings to an organization subsequent to getting pay off as prime land in Patna through a benami organization.
