The Madhya Pradesh High Court, while dismissing the bail supplication of a man blamed for assault, noticed: “India is a moderate society, it has not yet arrived at such degree of development where unmarried young ladies, paying little mind to their religion, enjoy lustful exercises with young men only for amusement only.”
Equity Subodh Abhyankar of the Indore seat of the High Court was hearing a bail supplication where the denounced has been in jail since June 4 on endeavor of assault on appearance of marriage. A First Information Report (FIR) was enrolled for the situation under Section 376 (Rape) and Section 366 (Kidnapping, snatching or actuating lady to constrain her marriage) of the Indian Penal Code and different arrangements of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses (POCSO) Act at Mahakal police headquarters of Ujjain locale.

The court commented that the prosecutrix has attempted to end it all which obviously shows that she was significant about the relationship and it can’t be said that she went into the relationship just for happiness.
