Congress MP Jairam Ramesh has blamed the BJP-drove Manipur government for making deficiency of urea in the state by redirecting it to the slope regions where poppy is developed for opium.

“BJP’s Vikas in Manipur. Manipur is getting double the stock of urea it needs but then ranchers whine of deficiency! Why? Since urea is redirected to slope region in Manipur, where poppy is being developed for opium in huge regions in most recent 4 years.
