The Mata Vaishno Devi hallowed place in Jammu saw a tremendous surge of enthusiasts on Saturday as serpentine lines were seen on the Trikota slopes of Katra notwithstanding the extreme virus conditions in front of New Year.

“I’m getting a positive sentiment. I come here just before each new year. I have been coming here for 5-6 years to petition Mata Devi. I’m feeling significantly better,” said Manish Kumar, a fan from Bulandshahr, Uttar Pradesh, who was seen reciting “Jai Mata Di”.
Poonam Sharma, another fan said, “I want that ‘Mata Rani’ shower her endowments for everybody. Everybody stay blissful. May the new year end up great and give joy to everybody”.
Reminded about the Vaishno Devi rush of January 1, 2022, in which 12 individuals were killed and 16 were harmed, Sharma said, “It was an awful episode.” And trusted more offices would be given from now on.
Ranjan, a fan who came from Punjab alongside her family wished joy for all.
