Manchester City footballer Benjamin Mendy has been accused of two additional counts of assault, the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) said.
The CPS said in an explanation that it had approved Cheshire police to accuse the protector of two extra counts of assault and Louis Saha Matturie, 40, with two extra counts of assault and one count of rape.
Mendy, of Withinlee Road, Prestbury, Cheshire, and Matturie, of Edwin Court, Eccles, will show up at Stockport Magistrates Court on November 17, the proclamation read.
Mendy, 27, presently faces six counts of assault and one of rape which identify with four complainants beyond 16 years old.
Co-blamed, Louis Saha Matturie currently faces six assault charges altogether.
Mendy was at first charged on August 26, with three counts of assault identifying with a supposed episode in October 2020 and with the rape of a lady toward the beginning of January this year.
