A few days after the end of his term in the State Electoral Tribunal, Magistrate Ricardo Adrián Rodríguez Perdomo affirmed that the people of Puebla have a strong and solid judicial body, which at all times acts in accordance with what is established by law, and that strives every day to shield democracy.

During the Public Session by videoconference held this Tuesday, Rodríguez Perdomo expressed his gratitude to Presiding Judge Norma Angélica Sandoval Sánchez and Judge Idamis Pastor Betancourt, who respected their decisions during the private and public sessions, in addition to their strength, commitment and courage. that they have demonstrated, “so I am sure that this Court remains in the hands of great women, who will continue to protect and guarantee access to justice for whoever activates the exercise of this plenary session,” he assured.

Likewise, he thanked the Governor of the State, Luis Miguel Barbosa Huerta, for respecting the institutional framework and maintained that he is a great defender of democracy, as well as a guarantor of the autonomy of autonomous organizations such as the Electoral Tribunal.

He pointed out that the seven-year period for which he was appointed by the Senate of the Republic is about to end, to exercise the function of Magistrate of the Electoral Tribunal of the State of Puebla, for which he assured that he conducted himself in congruence with his inculcated values, as well as in respect to the protest of law.

“The resolutions that I proposed in the different integrations of the Plenary to which I belonged, were carried out under a meticulous study, always based on the protection of the human rights of all electoral actors and subjects, Guaranteeing access and performance of popular election positions. , and in the protection of the candidates and officials who claimed the existence of Political Violence based on Gender”, he emphasized.

He stressed that it is important to thank and recognize the talent of each of the workers of the Electoral Tribunal. “Thank you for your professionalism and sacrifice provided to make the administration work and attend to each jurisdictional matter that this plenary session resolved and will continue to resolve effectively,” he added.

He highlighted the work of the entire team that has accompanied him throughout his time as Electoral Magistrate, which was always made up of lawyers specialized in the matter, with a high commitment to democracy in this country and with proven honesty.
